Made from body-safe TPR rubber, the vibrating dong is roughly half pre-filled (with the vibrating motor + more TPR rubber) and half hollow, enabling this dong to also be used as a penis-sheath for wearers who might a) struggle to become erect or maintain an erection, or just b) kinkily want to treat their partner to a phallus that packs a bit of extra length and girth.
