Sales Training Manager

Location: Various

We are looking for an experienced Sales Training Manager, to monitor and maximise performance of our retail sales team across 20 stores (predominantly in the North of England, Midlands and East Anglia). Working with management, your role will involve developing and implementing our sales training programme to staff at all levels from Store Managers to new starters, where you will also be involved in the recruitment and training process.

Pulse and Cocktails are a family run company and this year we are celebrating our 20th year in business. We operate a relaxed management structure and are a fun enthusiastic energetic team to join.

RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Develop and implement sales training techniques/ programme.

·        Monitor detailed sales figures and reports from our epos system.

·        Asses staff sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

·        Continually re-train and motivate the sales team.

·        Weekly meeting with directors and general national manager for progress updates.

·        Report to directors on customer profile and buying trends in different locations, gained through experience of working in stores alongside branch managers.

·        Suggest special promotions, in store offers and ideas for improved merchandising.

·        Implement changes to merchandising and within stores, monitor and report back on their success.

·        The job will be predominantly involve working in stores, with approximately 1 day a week at Head Office in Rotherham.

·        The suitable candidate must be happy with long hours and spending frequent time away from home.

·        At times we may also require you to cover a store in emergency.

EXPERIENCE

·        3 to 5 years of retail sales and management experience

·        Must have a professional sales background preferably with a multiple retailer.

·        Be familiar with epos systems and analysing sales reports.

·        Must have experience in training and interviewing.

·        Your first month will be training in store to branch manager level to learn all aspects of our front line retail business.

·        Full, clean UK driving licence held for 3+ years.

Job Type: Full-time.

Salary: 27,000 to 35,000 (subject to experience).

Plus expenses and car after initial training.

Retail Sales Person / Manager – Essex

The role

Our modern, boutique style stores offer a very pleasant, retail environment to work in and shop in, stocked with beautiful lingerie and accessories and the latest and innovative adult products to suit all tastes and needs.

Not only is the role unique from a product perspective but as a company we are very customer service focused and want to make sure customers leave with a smile on their face and products that they will enjoy. Expert advice with good product knowledge is the key to offering this service. If you have a good work ethic and focus on the fundamentals of selling, then the right individual will be well rewarded with our performance related, bonus scheme.

Pay and Hours

This is a full time permanent position, requiring you to work 3-4 days a week Monday to Sunday between the hours of 9am – 9pm. The starting rate is £7.50/hr for the first month of training, due to increase subject to performance assessment on a monthly basis with the potential to earn up to £11.80 /hr.

There is an opportunity for the right candidate to be promoted to store manager after a probationary training period.

 

General duties include:

– Customer service and selling

– store maintenance and merchandising

– stock replenishment

– opening/closing the store

Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Rotherham

OVERVIEW

We are Pulse & Cocktails, the UK’s largest sexy superstore chain and due to the continued expansion of our business we are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to help develop our entire digital presence. Working with management, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our media team. Your role will involve creating and developing our digital strategy to help grow our audience and drive conversions through our company websites, including eBay and Amazon using all appropriate digital platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and implement digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage web properties and digital campaigns to help build and support the company’s online presence.
  • Use digital metrics (e.g. site traffic, visitor paths, conversion rates) to measure online performance and suggest updates as appropriate.
  • Suggest special promotions, content and product placement based on the digital metrics.
  • Set digital marketing goals and measure results, with an emphasis on ROI.
  • Writing content for all digital channels.
  • Managing all current Social Media platforms & suggesting new / upcoming.
  • Create and build affiliation schemes and review forums.
  • Increase mailing list subscription and manage campaigns.
  • Have graphic design skills to create promotional material both printed and digital.
  • Manage Amazon and eBay.

EXPERIENCE

  • 3 to 5 years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on analytics.
  • Broad, all round experience within digital, which includes paid, owned and earned media channels.
  • Experience in conversion rate optimisation.
  • Experience or at least understanding of affiliate marketing and managing affiliates.
  • Previous experience with A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Familiarity and experience with reporting tools and methodologies.
  • B2C experience would be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time.

Salary: 35,000 to 40,000 (subject to experience).
