I went in today, I was quite nervous but as soon as I went in the lady welcomed me and was extremely kind, she helped me with things, and answered all of my questions. The shop is amazing, didn't expect it to be that big. Maybe next time I'll get to look around for longer. Exceptional service. Thank you.

Excellent store and customer service. The woman serving (sorry I never caught your name…I visited Saturday & Sunday) was very helpful and down to earth and made me feel completely at ease. Definitely recommend. The store offers a whole load more colour options of accessories (I get fed up of Black accessories) as opposed to other available stores (especially online)
Customer service was amazing and the staff was really nice. Easy to have a convo with while the purchase was made which made the experience more personal and enjoyable. Products were easy to locate and though the cd boxes didn't display an individual price, every other product was clear and displayed enough to know what you were buying, massive Verity of products to suit every type of buyer
