Pulse & Cocktails – Pulse Points Loyalty Scheme Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions set out the rules of the Pulse & Cocktails Pulse Points Loyalty Scheme (“the Scheme”). By signing up for an account, earning or redeeming points, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility & Membership

• Membership of the Scheme is free and open to all customers aged 18 or over.
  
• To join, customers must create an account in-store or online.
  
• Placing an order does not automatically enrol you into the Scheme. Customers must sign up separately.
  
• Each customer may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts may be merged or closed at our discretion.
  
• Membership and points are personal to the account holder and cannot be transferred or gifted to another person.
  

2. Earning Points

• Customers earn 1 Pulse Point for every full £1 spent on qualifying purchases, in-store or online.
  
• Each Pulse Point is worth 5p when redeemed.
  
• Points are awarded on the net spend after any discounts or promotions.
  
• Points are not earned on:
  • Gift voucher/card purchases
    
  • Any portion of an order paid with points

• Points are not earned when gift cards are redeemed.
  
• Points are added within 7 days of qualifying activity. For Click & Reserve orders, it may take up to 30days.
  
• Points cannot be used until at least 24-72 hours after being earned.
  
• Points are awarded only on whole pounds spent (rounded down).
  
• Points cannot be added retrospectively after an order has been placed. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they provide their account details in-store or are signed into their account online before completing a purchase.
  

3. Redeeming Points

• 100 Pulse Points minimum (£5 value) is required before redemption.
  
• Points can be redeemed in-store or online, in full or partial payment of a purchase.
  
• Points cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or refunded as money.
  
• Points cannot be used to buy gift vouchers/cards.
  
• Points may be used with other discounts, promotions, or sale items unless stated otherwise.
  
• Once points are redeemed against an order, they are deducted from your balance immediately.
  

4. Account Management

• Customers can check their balance by logging into their online account or asking in-store.
  
• All points remain valid for 12 months from the last account activity (earning or redeeming).
  
• If no points are earned or redeemed within 12 months, your account may be closed and your points removed.
  

5. Refunds & Adjustments

• If you return an item paid in full or part with points, the monetary portion will be refunded, and any points used will be re-credited.
  
• If a refund reduces the original spend, any over-awarded points may be removed from your account.
  
• Pulse & Cocktails reserves the right to adjust point balances in cases of error, fraud, product returns, duplicate accounts, or misuse of the Scheme.
  

6. General Terms

• Pulse Points have no cash value and remain the property of Pulse & Cocktails until redeemed.
  
• The Scheme is for personal use only. Commercial use or abuse may result in account closure.
  
• Points are not transferable between customers and cannot be gifted or pooled.
  
• We may change, suspend, or withdraw the Scheme (including point value, redemption thresholds, or eligibility rules) at any time.
  
• If we make material changes, we will give customers as much notice as reasonably possible.
  
• Continued earning or redeeming of points after changes take effect will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms..
  
• For Click & reserve orders, points are earned at point of payment.
