Planning a trip to one of our stores? What could be easier than having your order ready and waiting for when you arrive? Please see full details of our Collection services below.
Do I want Click and Collect or Reserve and Collect?
Click & Collect at any Pulse and Cocktails store is FREE on all orders. Choose collection at checkout, pay for your order online, wait for your ready to collect email (usually within 2 hours of ordering, if during opening times) and then simply go to the store and collect your order.
Post Office Collection (1-3 working days) is £4.50 for standard delivery and FREE on orders over £40. You will pay for your item online and simply pick up at your selected delivery point when you receive your ready to collect email.
Reserve & Collect at any Pulse & Cocktails store is FREE on all orders. Reserve your item online, go to the store, pay for your order and then collect your reserved items. Some products may not be available to reserve in your local store*. You will pay for your item in-store, not online.
Important – ‘Online only’ items are available via our Click & Collect and Reserve & Collect service, but they may not be available to purchase in-store without ordering online. To avoid disappointment please order your chosen items online for collection first, before visiting the store.

I can’t collect my parcel straight away. How long will it be saved?
Don’t worry if you can’t get to the store straight away. We will reserve your item(s) for 2 days for Reserve & Collect or 7 days for Click & Collect.
What do I need to take when I collect my parcel?
Just your name and your reservation email which you can show on your phone.
Can I change my mind when I visit the store?
Of course – when in the store you may see something else you prefer instead, there is no obligation to take your order. Please note, for Reserve & Collect orders, you can just choose something else and not collect your reserved order – as it hasn’t been paid for, you won’t be charged. For Click & Collect orders, this is processed as a web order and will be refunding by the web team. The store staff will request the order cancellation and refund on your behalf, which will appear back in your bank in 3-5 working days.
