Pulse Partners – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Pulse & Cocktails Affiliate Marketing Program. By joining our program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Enrolment in the Program
1.1 To participate in the program, you must submit an application through our affiliate platform.
1.2 We reserve the right to accept or reject applications at our discretion. Applications may be rejected if they conflict with our brand values or if the applicant’s content is deemed inappropriate.
2. Affiliate Responsibilities
2.1 Affiliates must promote Pulse & Cocktails in a manner that aligns with our brand ethos, including professionalism and integrity.
2.2 Affiliates must not make false or misleading claims about our products.
2.3 Affiliates are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including advertising standards and disclosures required by regulatory bodies.
3. Promotional Methods
3.1 Affiliates are encouraged to promote via:
- Unique tracking links.
- Coupon codes provided by Pulse & Cocktails.
- Social media platforms, blogs, and other relevant channels.
3.2 Unacceptable promotional methods include but are not limited to: - Spam emails or unsolicited messages.
- Misleading clickbait or deceptive practices.
- Bidding on Pulse & Cocktails’ branded keywords in pay-per-click advertising.
4. Commission Structure
4.1 The commission structure is tiered as follows:
- 15% for yearly revenue of up to £1,999.
- 17% for yearly revenue between £2,000 and £4,999.
- 20% for yearly revenue of £5,000 and above.
4.2 Additional incentives include:
- Bonus rates for in-store referrals tracked via coupon codes.
- A personal 20% discount code for affiliate use only.
- Option to exchange payouts for double value in online store credit.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Commission payments are processed monthly, 30 days after a sale is completed to account for refunds or cancellations.
5.2 Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer.
5.3 A minimum payout threshold of £50 applies. If the threshold is not met, earnings will roll over to the next payment period.
6. Tracking and Cookie Duration
6.1 Affiliates must use unique tracking links and coupon codes provided by Pulse & Cocktails.
6.2 Cookie duration for tracking referrals is 30 days.
7. Termination of Agreement
7.1 Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice.
7.2 Upon termination, affiliates will no longer earn commissions on sales generated after the termination date.
7.3 Affiliates who breach these terms may have their participation terminated immediately, forfeiting any pending commissions.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, revocable licence to use Pulse & Cocktails’ trademarks, logos, and promotional materials for the sole purpose of promoting our products.
8.2 Affiliates must not modify or create derivative works of any Pulse & Cocktails assets without prior written consent.
9. Confidentiality
9.1 Affiliates must maintain confidentiality regarding any information provided by Pulse & Cocktails, including but not limited to commission rates, promotional strategies, and customer data.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Pulse & Cocktails is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program.
10.2 We do not guarantee that our website or tracking platform will be free of interruptions or errors.
11. Governing Law
11.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales without regard to its conflict of law principles.
12. Amendments
12.1 Pulse & Cocktails reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes via email or the affiliate platform.
