Order Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to online orders only, including both home delivery and Click & Collect purchases. There are no exclusions — all products sold online are covered by this policy.

For items purchased in-store, you will need to return the the original store.

  1. Cancellation Window
    Customers may cancel an online order up to 1 hour (60 minutes) after the order has been placed.
    We will always do our best to process cancellations received after this time, but due to our fast order turnaround, this cannot be guaranteed. If your order has already been processed or dispatched, it will be treated as a return, and our Returns Policy will apply.
  2. How to Request a Cancellation
    To cancel an order, please complete our online Returns & Cancellation Form within the cancellation window. This form must be completed in full to be processed. You will need to provide:
  • Your order number
  • Contact details

We cannot process cancellations without this information.

  1. After the Cancellation Window
    If the 1-hour window has passed and your order cannot be stopped, it will be dispatched as normal. You can still return it in accordance with our Returns Policy.
  2. Refunds
    Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method only. Refunds will be processed within up to 14 days from the date your cancellation is confirmed.
  3. Important Information
  • Cancellations are not guaranteed due to our quick processing times.
  • This policy is in line with your rights under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
