Delivery Policy

At Pulse & Cocktails, we understand how important discretion is to our customers, so naturally, we offer a completely discreet shopping service.

All orders are sent out in plain packaging and there is absolutely no way of telling what is inside the parcel or who the sender is, ensuring that your purchase is kept 100% private.

On your credit or debit card statement, your transaction will show as a payment to P & C Trading, so if somebody else does happen to see your card statement they will not know that you purchased from Pulse & Cocktails.

Additional Information: Orders placed after this will be delivered the following Saturday

Additional Information: Collect from your chosen store (store has your items in stock – ‘collect in 2 hours’ will be shown on stock checker and checkout, if available).

All our packaging is 100% discreet, with no mention of the contents of the parcel on the outside.

Your package will look like this:

Orders are mailed in plain envelopes, packets or brown boxes, depending on the size and nature of your order.

All online orders will show as ‘P&C Trading’ on your bank statements.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email containing a tracking number from the courier provider.

Our team aims to process and pack online orders as quickly as possible, which means changes or cancellations are usually not possible once an order is placed.

However, if you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, we may be able to amend it — as long as it hasn’t yet been processed.

If your order has already been processed or dispatched, you can still return the item in line with our Returns Policy.

If you’ve entered incorrect information (such as your delivery address, contact number, or email) when placing your online order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may be able to update your details — but only if the order hasn’t yet been processed or dispatched.

Once your order is on its way, changes can no longer be made. In that case, you may need to wait for the parcel to be returned to us or follow our Returns Policy once it arrives.

Delivery Information

We understand that most customers want their order as soon as possible, so we offer various methods to get your order to you quickly.

Please note, if you request your parcel to be left in a safe place without a signature, we cannot be held liable if it goes missing.

Click & Collect your order 

Order online and collect it from one of our 17 Pulse & Cocktails stores across the UK.

This service is 100% free!

If all the items in your order are in stock in your chosen store, your order will be ready to collect in 2 hours (if the store is open, and the order is placed at least 2 hours before closing time. If your order is placed whilst the store is closed, please allow 2 hours after the store opens to prepare your Click + Collect order. Store opening times can be found here)

On collection of your order, you will be required to provide your order email address and/or your order number and your order will be handed to you in its discreet packaging.

Please note, the order cannot be collected without the above and you must wait until you have received the email confirmation before attempting to collect your order.

 

Delivery Service

Same Day Dispatch

For orders placed from Monday to Friday before 3 pm, we aim to dispatch on the same day.

If your order is placed outside of these working hours, it will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note, orders placed between Thursday 3 pm and Friday 3 pm will be despatched Friday and delivered on the following Monday.

Saturday & Sunday Delivery 

Order before 3pm on Friday for guaranteed Saturday or Sunday delivery. Orders placed after will be delivered on the following Saturday.

To avoid missed deliveries, we provide a Tracking ID for all orders to a home/work address, so you can keep track of your parcel on the courier website.

Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to addresses outside of the UK at this time.

Please note, orders are not dispatched on Saturday, Sunday or bank holidays and if you select delivery to the Highlands or Northern Ireland, you may experience delays in receiving your order.

Local Collect from DPD Collection points

At Pulse & Cocktails, we respect your shopping privacy and understand that whilst you may love our products, it is not always convenient to call into one of our stores. Therefore, we are delighted to offer our customers a new convenient and discreet DPD collection points where you can collect at over 10,000+ collection locations

The DPD collection service is available on all orders and above and is free of charge on any order £50 and above. For orders under £49.99 standard delivery charges apply.

Simply, browse our website in private and select the items you require. Payment will be taken using our secure online payment system. Select the ‘Click and Collect’ service from the delivery options, then choose Local Collect and select your preferred collection service.

You will receive an order confirmation from us and another email or SMS from DPD confirming the collection location you have chosen from our collection point service. When your parcel is ready to collect you will receive an email confirming that you can go and collect your parcel. There will be no mention of Pulse and Cocktails in the collection email. We will pick and pack your order in plain, sealed packaging ready for you to collect. There will also be no reference to Pulse and Cocktails on any packaging or communication to the collection point so no one will know where your parcel has been sent from.

Please do not attempt to collect your parcel without having received your confirmation email.
