At Pulse & Cocktails we respect your shopping privacy, therefore, we are delighted to offer you our Click & Collect service for delivery at a Pulse and Cocktails store, or discreet delivery to over 1,500 collection points nationwide.


The difference between Click and Collect and Reserve and Collect

Click and Collect service to a Pulse and Cocktails store is FREE on all orders. You will pay for your item online and simply pick up in-store.

Click and Collect to a local delivery point (via Hubbox) is £3.50 for standard delivery (1-3 working days), or free on orders over £30. You will pay for your item online and simply pick up at your selected delivery point.

Reserve and Collect is a free service where you reserve your item online and collect in-store after 2 hours. Some products may not be available to reserve in your local store. You will pay for your item in-store, not online.

Click and Collect Delivery Service

  • Pay for your order online, then pick your goods up from a Pulse and Cocktails store or a neutral collection point that’s convenient for you. No more missed deliveries!
  • All 1,500 neutral collection points (powered by Hubbox) are not associated with Pulse and Cocktails, such as convenience stores or pharmacies. This means no details will be on your package linking your order to Pulse and Cocktails and the collection points will have no records. This is a completely discreet service to make shopping with us more convenient for you.

How to use Click and Collect

When you go to the checkout page you will see three delivery and collection options: ship to your billing address, ship to a Collection Point or Pulse & Cocktails store. If you wish to use Click & Collect, select this option and you will be shown a selection of Collection Points local to you.

If you would like your delivery going to a Pulse and Cocktails store, simply select the ‘Pulse & Cocktails Store’ option at the checkout. Enter your postcode or nearest city, and select the store you would like to collect from. Simple!

What happens next?

Pulse and Cocktails Store – You will receive an email confirmation with details on when your order will be available to pick up.

Collection Point – Once you have completed checkout, you will receive the order confirmation from us as normal.  You will then be sent a confirmation along with details of what happens next, and you’ll receive another message when your item arrives in the store and is available to collect. These messages will not contain any details referring to Pulse & Cocktails or the contents of your order.

There is a Hubbox customer app for iOS (Android coming soon) where customers can receive push notifications, have their Collection Point details to hand, and more.

  • Step 1 – Select Collection Point and the checkout, and then select Click and Collect. Enter your postcode the map will display all your local options. Select the location you want to pick up from.
  • Step 2 – Once you have finished checking out, we send you a confirmation email with details on what happens next.
  • Step 3 – The collection point will receive the items and store them securely.
  • Step 4 – We email you to let you know your delivery has arrived, with a collection code for secure pickup.

Frequently Asked Questions

How does the Collection Service work?

We use an award-winning network of trusted local Collection Points based in pharmacies, dry cleaners and convenience stores. Our Collection Service allows you to pick up your deliveries close to home and at your convenience.

How do I select to have my order delivered to a Collection Point?

When placing your order you will be able to choose a Collection Point as a delivery option in the cart by choosing Click & Collect Collection Points, typing in your postcode and selecting your local Collection Point as the delivery address.

When are the Collection Points open?

Nearly all stores are open early ‘til late, 6 or 7 days a week. The opening times for your local store will be shown as you choose your preferred Collection Point when placing your order. PLEASE NOTE: Opening hours at Collection Points can sometimes vary due to holiday hours, etc. Please call ahead if you have any question.

How long will it take for my order to arrive at my chosen Collection Point?

You will still be able to choose your shipping options as usual – so delivery time will be based upon what shipping option you choose. Once you have successfully placed and paid for your order, your item(s) will be processed and shipped to your chosen Collection Point. You will receive confirmation via email when your parcel is available for collection. This will include your unique Collection Code. Unfortunately, a specific time for arrival cannot be given.

What do I need to take when I collect my parcel?

Please take your Collection Code or proof of ID with you when you go to the Collection Point to collect your parcel.

What should I do if I lose my Collection Code?

If you have lost the Collection Code sent to you via email, you can still collect your parcel with one of the forms of ID listed above. If you require a new Collection Code, please don’t hesitate to contact us for a new one.

What should I do if I don’t receive my Collection Code?

If you haven’t received an email with your Collection Code within 24 hours of your parcel’s expected arrival date, then please contact the Customer Service team on 0207 859 4577 and they will be able to help you.

Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?

Yes, it is possible for someone to collect your parcel on your behalf, but they must have your Collection Code and identification.

How long will I have to collect my parcel?

You have 14 days to collect your parcel. After 14 days, right is reserved to arrange for alternative storage arrangements or to return the parcel to sender.

What should I do if my parcel isn’t available when I arrive at the Collection Point?
