No parcel on your doorstep, no waiting in for a courier, nothing for the neighbours to take in. Just walk in, give your name, and walk out with it in a plain bag. Or if you prefer, stay and browse our full range of products in-store.

Add to basket as normal and choose Click & Collect at checkout. Pick your store, pay online. It’s free on every order, no minimum spend.
We’ll email you when it’s ready to collect, usually within 1 hour of ordering during store opening times.
Give your name and show the email on your phone. That’s all we need. Your order is handed over in a plain bag.

Delivery is discreet with us anyway, plain packaging, billed as P&C Trading, but some things you’d rather not have sitting on a doorstep or handed to whoever answers the door. Click & Collect means your order never goes near your house. You pick it up when it suits you, on your way past, and nobody is any the wiser.
It’s quicker than delivery too. Order in the morning and it can be in your hands the same day, usually within the hour. No tracking pages, no “sorry we missed you” cards, no waiting in until 6pm.
And because you’re in the store anyway, you can have a proper look around. Our staff do this all day, every day, and there’s no question they haven’t heard. Plenty of people walk in for a collection and walk out with something extra.

Usually within 1 hour of ordering, if you order during store opening times, it’s usually less than 10 minutes.
Just your name and your order email, which you can show on your phone. No card checks, no ID.
Yes. Your order is handed over in plain packaging, and card payments show as P&C Trading on your statement. Nothing about the handover gives anything away.
7 days for Click & Collect and 2 days for Reserve & Collect. If you can’t make it in time, contact customer services and we’ll sort it.
Of course. For Reserve & Collect just choose something else, as you haven’t paid you won’t be charged. For Click & Collect the store can swap it for something else of the same value there and then, or you just pay the difference if you trade up.
