Easy to use thanks to the thin insertable attachment being removable.
To use, simply fill the douche-bulb up with warm water (not hot), secure the attachment to the douche - should slide into the hole at the top of the bulb. Then insert the attachment up the bum and then start squeezing the water up into your bowels. Ensure you are near a toilet to catch the water (and faeces) as they come out.
Should you mix the water with shower gel / soap? Not straight away. Sometimes soap-based products can cause irritation, so wait until you're more experienced at douching before experimenting with soap and if you feel any irritation you know to stick to warm water only.
For best results when using the douche/inserting the attachment we advise you to use lubricant and don't forget to clean up afterwards (especially the attachment) with Pulse & Cocktails specially formulated toy cleaner.
This douche is compatible with both water and silicone based lubricant.
