When in use, remember:
When worn, the penis should feel discomfort on a very low level. This is normal, remember you are stretching a highly sensitive body-part.

If you do experience pain then maybe you have over-stretched too soon, reduce the amount you stretch until the experience is as previously stated, low-level discomfort.
How long and often should this penis extender be worn?
Worn daily (recommended). We told you it was for serious penis growth enthusiasts.
Weeks 1 - 3 = 1 hour.
Weeks 4 - 5 = 2 hours (users may find they can now stretch their penis more than during previous weeks).
Weeks 6 - 8 = 3 hours.
After week 8, the user should gradually increase the period of time they wear the penis extender as they discover they are able to further stretch their penis.

How is it worn?
To be worn when the penis is flaccid.
The base ring that is permanently attached to the metal rods is worn at the base of the penile shaft (so the metal rods are running alongside the penis).
Then, position the pre-attached front piece (head support) so it rests not only underneath the head but just beneath the head (top of the shaft - the foreskin area when erect).
If the user is not circumcised, some users prefer to pull their foreskin back to fully expose the head. Some users don't. Try both methods and see what works best for you.
Then wrap the flexible rubber ring (with protective sponge for user comfort) over the top of the foreskin area, wrapping it all the way around so it can be fastened to the front piece.
Fasten the rubber ring to the front piece, it should be snug, tight even, but not suffocatingly tight.
Don't forget: if you need to extend the length of the metal rods, use the rod extenders (supplied).
