Connecting the wrist cuffs to the neck harness are key-ring style dog-clips that latch onto metal O-rings (fixed to the harness).
Connecting the ankle cuffs to the neck harness are 2 nylon tethers, adjustable via tension buckle (identical to how most rucksack straps adjust) meaning they can be shortened/extended to accommodate different body sizes.
What's more, the wrist cuffs can be detached from the neck harness so if you feel like using the wrist cuffs on their own, go right ahead.
Note: the ankle cuffs/tethers are not detachable and cannot be removed from the neck harness.
