How to use:
Check you have 2 long Screw-in hooks and 2 shorter screw-in hooks, the short 2 are to go on either end of the bar, the longer 2 are to go through the holes in the centre of the bar.
You should also have 2 nuts and 2 stop ends, these are to tighten the longer hooks once you have pushed these all the way through the desired hole in the centre of the bar.
To arrange the bar simply place the two wider bars at every end of the narrower one and align the holes until you are happy with the length.
