If you would like to return an online order, please fill out the form below and our customer services team will be in touch via your preferred method of contact in the next 48 hours (excluding weekends), to provide you with your free returns postage label.
Please note –
- All items must be in their original, unopened packaging with any seals and shrink-wrap intact and labels and tags still attached or we cannot issue a refund.
*Exclusions apply. Sex dolls and male masturbators (over £150) are not included in the 30-day free returns policy and will incur a 30% re-stocking fee. See full details here.
- Can I return my order in a Pulse and Cocktail store? Unfortunately, you cannot return an online order in-store, please see our full returns policy here.
- Are returns free? Yes, we offer free 30 day returns. In order to qualify for this, the returns form below must be completed. Our customer services team will then send a pre-paid postage label for you to use.
- Can I send my item back and get a refund on the postage cost? No, unfortunately, we cannot refund postage costs this way. The below form must be filled out and a pre-paid postage label will be provided.
- How long will it take to receive my refund? Once we have received your item back a refund will be processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends). This refund may take up to 10 working days to clear back to your original payment method.
- Can I exchange an item for something else? If you want to exchange an item for a different item, please request a refund and place a new order online. If your original item is faulty we can replace this with the same item (dependant on stock levels), and your replacement will be sent free of charge.
- I purchased an item in-store but I want to return it. Please refer to our full in-store returns policy here.
