I think the outside gives off a different impression to the actual store experience so don't be put off by that; inside you'll find that there's a really wide range of products to suit most tastes, with a very friendly and welcoming team there to help if you need it (without any sense of awkwardness). They're always playing upbeat music, offering seasonal sweets and friendly non-judgemental service, with 3 for 2 offers or often at a better price than online. If you're looking for an alternative to browsing online where you can't always get a good idea of what you're buying, or the very female focused Ann Summers, this is the store for you.
