Our Plain Packaging Guarantee
We thought about having some specially designed and erotic Pulse and Cocktails packaging showing our full range of sex toys and adult products - but decided on reflection that most people would prefer something a bit more discreet.
- All Pulse and Cocktails orders are sent in completely plain packaging. There is absolutely no way of telling what is inside the parcel or who the sender is. Your purchase is kept 100% private from neighbours and postmen.
- There is no way of identifying Pulse and Cocktails as the sender of your parcel.
- Your credit or debit card statement will show a charge to P & C Trading, so if somebody else sees your card statement there is no way they can tell you spent money at Pulse and Cocktails.
Delivery information
We understand that people want their orders as soon as possible because we would too!
- All orders received on a weekday before 3pm will be dispatched the same day - guaranteed. Orders received after 3pm (or over the weekend) will be dispatched the next working day.
- All our packages (with the exception of couple of smaller items) are sent using Parceline's Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service. This requires the recipient to sign for the package and ensures that it is delivered safely and securely.
- In case of missed deliveries, we provide a Tracking ID that you can use to keep track of your parcel on the Parceline website.
- Unfortunately we are unable to ship to addresses outside of the UK at this time

- Larger items are despatched in plain sturdy boxes. To cope with larger items we wrap these products individually.
- Smaller items (such as condoms) are sent in plain, padded envelopes.
