The Store
The store is a small boutique style shop located on the main shopping street in Skegness, there is a discrete entrance directly into the toys and DVDs section heading towards the tattoo parlour down the side arch, so if discretion is for you then we have that covered. There is a mass of products in this store all for you, and we aim to create a unique, and relaxing environment to shop in, and our staff are always on hand to assist you in any way possible.

Me and my girlfriend were recently away for the weekend in Skegness, we have a Pulse and Cocktails at home in sunny Scunny, but had no idea that there was one here, imagine our surprise when we were walking down the street and found a branch of the store here too! We thought we would go in and have a look, we had brought some stuff away with us sex toy wise, but we thought we could look for some more stuff. When we walked in this was a little bit smaller than the one back home which made this a little bit more quaint. The woman working behind the counter Louise was very helpful and friendly, it was very nice to see that the same standards run through the chain of shops. We looked round the shop for a while and bought a few more goodies to spice up the weekend.
I like the whole design of the pulse and cocktails stores, they aren’t what you would describe as stereotypical sex shops, I would like to say that that are a bit more upper class, but that would sound a bit snooty, so I will settle with less seedy. The shop inside is well laid out and the store is nice and bright, again not like some of the more dingy – seedier adult stores around. The shopping experience in Pulse and Cocktails is different too, more like shopping in any boutique store, or department store, and the staff are as (or even more) friendly.

We were on a family holiday at ingoldmells and one day went to Skegness centre to see the beach etc… when we were walking round me and my husband clocked this shop, however we had the kids with us. So my husband gave them some money and told them to go to the arcades, we walked back to the shop and were excited to go inside. Having a big family means we don’t get much time to ourselves and we thought this would be a great opportunity to put a spark back into the relationship.
I was nervous about going in at first, as it is in the centre, but if im being honest nobody really cares. The lady who worked there instantly put us at ease, we walked round upstairs first trying out some of the toys that were laid out, we had never seen half of the stuff in the shop. I felt really naughty and we bought something to take home with us.
It was a fun experience and brought us closer together.

We came across this shop when on holiday in Skegness, the name rang a bell but I know I had never been in one before. Me and my boyfriend decided to go in and have a look round, the shop itself was quite small but seemed to have a good selection of products, the member of staff was friendly said hello.
My boyfriend saw they had a private DVD collection downstairs so he went down there whilst I stayed upstairs looking at some of the toys that were out that you could have a look at.
He came back with one in his hand, im not so bothered about porn but I know he likes which doesn’t bother me. I thought well if he is going to get something for himself then so am I. I asked the woman behind the counter which rabbits were good and she told me some of the features of different ones and then the one she would recommend. I thought it was nice how she came over to help, it seemed personal and she was completely comfortable in talking about it which made me feel much more relaxed. I went for the one she recommended and when we went to pay my boyfriend ended up with a free mag with his purchase of the DVD!
It certainly spiced up our holiday and when we got home we found out there was a shop in Saxilby which isn’t that far from where we live!
