The Store
The Sheffield store has been recently re-vamped from the traditional Pulse and Cocktails lay out, to a new modern open plan lay out, now you can freely explore all the wondrous goodies that we have in stock for you, in an open, and light relaxed and very friendly environment, our staff are always on hand to assist you with any issues you may have, we endeavour to create a unique shopping experience for all our customers at all times.

I am not from around the Sheffield area – in fact I come from near London, I bought my car from the Sheffield Lexus garage, and come back every year to have it serviced, on this visit I thought I would take a wander to see what was nearby. I found Pulse and Cocktails around about 200 yards down the road from the garage, and I had never really heard of it before so thought I would go in to see what it was/what it was like. From the name, I thought that this may be an adult store. My first thought about the store was that this was in a very good position, not exactly discrete, but the parking for the store is, so for those nervous about being seen this is not a problem.
When I went inside the shop I was very surprised about how nice a store this was from the inside, the layout of the store is very nice, it is a nice open-planned set up, which lets you see everything with ease. The selection of toys and other products on show was quite vast, and the selection of demonstration products is great too. I bought my wife some surprise presents whilst I was here, I got two lingerie sets which were on offer for £29.95, and also I bought a rabbit vibrator on the recommendation of the staff. Overall this was a very productive trip to Sheffield, and I cannot wait to come back again for my service and MOT next year.
I just want to give a special mention to Norma who was working on my visit, she was very helpful, and knowledgeable in helping me decide what toys to buy for my wife, and overall a very friendly and lovely person. I have since told all my friends about Pulse and Cocktails and told them all they need to go and visit their nearest store sometime soon!

I recently found out my husband had been having an affair behind my back, I threw him out at first but then I started to worry about my family breaking apart as we have 3 children. When he started calling me and telling me he was sorry and it was a mistake etc… I decided to give him another chance.
I knew the sex life hadn’t been so great the past few years and that was one of the reasons he said had caused him to go looking elsewhere, I do admit it is probably more my fault as I never was in the mood anymore. We sat down and talked over what had happened and I suggested going into Pulse and Cocktails to try and spice our relationship up.
I had always been wary of going in there, but some of my friends go in all the time and say it’s a really different atmosphere to what you would expect. We drove down one evening and went in.
The shop had everything you could have wanted, we looked around at first and some of the things they sell in there omg, like extreme bondage kits, we decided they were not for us haha! After seeing everything and being shocked by some things we found toys that were suitable for us. We saw there was an offer on sex toys buy one get one half price so we bought 2 and saved a decent amount of money.
The shop assistant was very friendly when we were paying, asking about our day, where we were from etc… it made it feel really comfortable actually.
Now me and my husband are working hard to fix our marriage and the sex toys have definitely helped but we have a long way to go.
