The Store
The store is on an industrial estate, which makes it an extremely discreet location, as the surrounding businesses are mainly warehousing and workshops with no other retail shops. This is good sized, one-stop shop and offers a very relaxed shopping environment with excellent advice available from the shop manager. The store is open 6 days a week, apart from holidays.

I work as a taxi driver from Luton Airport, I know the surrounding areas quite well, but I had never heard of Pulse and Cocktails, one of my fares mentioned it to me he was a business man who lived in Hitchin who told me about the shop. He said he bought his wife a present and it was the best thing he had ever done, so I took his word for it and went to the shop on the way back.
The shop itself is a little out of Hitchin, located on an industrial estate it is in a very discrete location, which is good for people who prefer to do these things in private, the shop itself is quite small but very well stocked which was surprising and the guy that works there is very friendly and very helpful. This is not like any sex shop I have been in before, this is more like a small boutique than an adult store, but all the essentials are there.
I bought my wife a nice little present, which she loves, and I am still being thanked for, as a general route this is a little bit further out, but I think it is worth the drive, but I will only make the journey if I have a fare nearby, or it is a special occasion. Great overall store, fantastic look, great stock, fantastic shopping experience.

I have to drive from Wigmore to this shop as it’s the nearest one to us, its only takes about 25 minutes, but the fact I do dive all that way shows how good I think the store is.
Its not huge but its well stocked and I have never had trouble in getting things I want from there.
The guy who works there, Mark I think his name is, is very helpful there have been numerous times I have been at a loss as of what to buy and he has made the decision very easy. The shops location is ideal as its very discreet meaning if your worried about people seeing you go in its not a problem. Me and my wife have been together and she doesn’t think its seedy at all, but I mainly come on my own after work.
