The Store
Our Stoke store has a very interesting design, this is set out on two floors with the Cocktails department being on the ground floor as you enter, and the Pulse section upstairs, this is a large and very interesting store with all manner of naughty novelties, and sexy lingerie for you in Cocktails, and toys for every taste and preference in Pulse, not to mention the Adult DVD section. We aim to create a unique shopping experience in a relaxed environment, all our staff are on hand to help at all times, and are willing to assist with anything you may need.

I am relatively new to stoke, and have been trying to get to grips with the area, I found Pulse and Cocktails very easily, it is located very close to Longton railway station, and on the corner of King Street. From the outside the shop looks like an old pub which I thought was very nice, and again unlike some of the other sex shops I have been in, in my time. When I walked in to the shop the first thing I noticed was the size. This is a very large store based on two levels, the downstairs what is referred to as ‘Cocktails’ by the staff (all of this was explained to me by Ricky one of the members of staff) and the upstairs is ‘Pulse’. In cocktails this is where you would find all your naughty novelties and the costumes to enact your role play fantasies. I was told that this was one of the largest Cocktails departments throughout all the shops. Which I think is great as it is basically on my door step.
The upstairs of the shop is where the adventure really starts, this is where the large selection of toys, and films are, along with the collection of bondage items and other accessories etc. The shop is well set out and does not have the feel of a normal sex shop sex shop, it is more like a normal department store like Debenhams, but with dildo’s instead of duvets. Overall this is a fantastic shop, in a very practical location with very friendly staff and a very relaxed feel to it. I will definitely be coming back here again, and another bonus is the parking is brilliant too! What is not to like about this shop?

I live in Newcastle-Under-Lyme and drive past the Stoke shop every day on the way to work, I popped in to get my wife a sexy anniversary present, I was amazed by the spacious car park, so it was easy to park, and the selection of items downstairs was brilliant. The staff were very friendly and very knowledgeable. It was a great shopping experience and I will be coming back here again soon with my wife for more. Excellent!!!

I come here every time I need something for fancy dress as its stock such a wide range of items, I have the policewoman outfit, the sailor outfit, the army outfit and the like bodesia style costume so I know the shop quite well. Downstairs is full of sexy lingerie, basks and accessories, it also stocks a range of fetish wear in PVC and leather. Obviously the fancy dress stuff is also on the ground floor, one of the ladies that work there has told me that this shop has one of the biggest ’cocktails’ department and stocks much more than some others, they also stock for larger ladies and go up to a size 28.
The great thing about this store is its versatility, if your shy and don’t want to see all the hardcore toys etc… but you still want to have a look at novelties, clothes and a few tame sex toys than you can, as all the extreme stuff is on the first floor. I am like that, im not bothered about all the big dildos and scary whips etc… so its great for me.
If you’re a bit scared of going in don’t be, it’s a really relaxed atmosphere and the staff are so friendly and helpful. I was nervous the first time I went in and was shocked at how normal it was, so just be brave and give it a go.
