I am quite a regular customer into the Cheltenham store, I have quite a large DVD and other toy collection and I always am on the look out to expand this further. The Cheltenham store is towards the edge of town on Kingsditch trading estate. It is around about 5 mins from the Galaher retail park, so I often come here when I go to get things from the Sainsbury’s down the road.
The store itself is quite a decent size, and is very light and is very well stocked. The staff are always friendly, and they have quite a large dvd selection. Last time I went in I was looking through the DVDs and Tim one of the sales guys asked me if I knew what I was looking for, I have spoken to him before and his knowledge of adult films is vast I have often talked to him when I have come in about what he would recommend to watch, and what the best new release is etc. He is always on hand to tell you what is the best film from what category, and this is just his knowledge of films, not to mention his grasp of the products which is second to none. Tim is very accommodating and is willing and able to help any sort of couple or individual or even group out to find what is right for them.
If you are a nervous shopper when it comes to naughty shops, then don’t worry about coming here, the car parking facilities here are very discrete and as I said earlier, this is around about 5 mins from the retail park so not so close by in case you are afraid of being spotted or whatever. I would highly recommend coming into this shop, the staff are very accommodating and friendly, great customer services at all times.

I have always got our sex toys online, it seemed easier and sometimes cheaper, but we had got to a stage where we have quite a good selection of toys and didn’t know what else to get. My husband suggested going to a sex shop and getting some advice, we don’t live too far away from Pulse and Cocktails - about 20 minutes in the car so we went there.
The store was a good size and looked well stocked when we walked in, we had a look around at first and then a guy came over to us who worked there and asked us if we needed any help. We explained to him about what we already had and that we were looking for something new, this guy knew everything he was so helpful, telling us new things, what the best toys were for what kind of stimulation you wanted and which were good for the price. I couldn’t actually believe how much product knowledge this bloke had.
In the end he helped us choose something exactly right for us and we have found at home that its perfect, there is no way I am going back to buying online now, even if it costs a little more its worth having someone who know what they are talking about to help you.

Cheltenham shop is brilliant, well sized and has most things you want, not seedy or sleazy as most people would imagine. Brightly lit and well laid out, both members of staff are extremely nice lads and so helpful, they want you to get the most of your shopping experience with them. I would recommend you go.
