Head towards Barnsley from the Stairfoot roundabout, we are approximately 300-400 yards further up the road on the right hand side, on the corner of Hoyle Mill Road. The store has a private entrance, located on Hoyle Mill Road, to the right hand-side of the building.
The Store
Barnsley is a small boutique style shop it a bright, relaxed shopping experience in a well stocked shop. Our Barnsley shop has recently had a new re-vamp changing the location of the entrance to a new discrete rear location, it also has very good roadside parking.

I have lived in Barnsley for sometime and obviously know of the Pulse and Cocktails in Barnsley, but have never visited there. I was looking to buy a sexy present for my wife and a female work colleague told me how good she thought Pulse and Cocktails was when her and her partner went into another store, so I thought I would pay a visit.
I know that it is a relatively small sized shop, so worried that the street side parking there may be very limited; however I was very surprised that this was the opposite, there was ample space on the road, and this was very quiet and not obvious where you were.
When I went inside I thought that this was a very quaint, but naughty boutique style shop, despite its size, this was very well stocked and had everything I was looking for. I bought my wife some sexy lingerie which was on offer I got her two sets for £29.95 I thought these would look very nice on (even better off) just to spice things up again. It was a great overall experience and the staff were very friendly I will be going back again, and perhaps to one of the bigger stores in the future too.

Having lived in Barnsley all my life I know the town quite well, have seen the Pulse and Cocktails store many times and have always been put off by the main entrance on the front of a busy road. I know loads of people from round there and would be so embarrassed if someone saw me going in.
However after recently noticing the entrance had moved to a more discreet location, round the side me and my boyfriend decided to finally go in. We were a bit nervous as we had never been anywhere like this before and didn’t know what to expect, but when we walked through the door we instantly felt at ease. A woman named Lorraine was working and she was nice and friendly and really made us feel comfortable.
The shop itself is very small but it did have quite a lot of stock despite the size, we had a look round some of the toys and asked Lorraine about individual ones. She was very helpful and pointed us in the right direction towards the kind of thing we were looking for, as we are both only 20 we haven’t had much experience when it comes down to sex toys.
We picked a small bullet that was reasonably priced and she said it was a good place to start. We left feeling happy and satisfied and would defiantly be returning again and recommending to our friends.
