Christmas Delivery
To guarantee Christmas delivery orders must be placed before 3pm on Wednesday 21st December.
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday 23rd won’t be dispatched until Thursday 29th December.
Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday 29th December won’t be dispatched until Tuesday 3rd January.
Our Plain Packaging Guarantee

* All Pulse and Cocktails orders are sent in completely plain packaging. There is absolutely no way of telling what is inside the parcel or who the sender is. Your purchase is kept 100% private from neighbours and postmen.
* There is no way of identifying Pulse and Cocktails as the sender of your parcel.
* Your credit or debit card statement will show a charge to P&C Trading, so if somebody else sees your card statement there is no way they can tell you spent money at Pulse and Cocktails.

Same Day Despatch
We endeavour to despatch all orders the same day, if received Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 3pm. If your order is placed outside of these working hours it will be delivered the next working day..

However if you require a Saturday delivery this can be arranged for a surcharge of £20 - please call our mail order team for further details All our packages (with the exception of a couple of smaller items) are sent using APC's Guaranteed Next Day Delivery Service (providing you have qualified for free next day delivery or upgraded to next day delivery). This requires the recipient to sign for the package and ensures that it is delivered safely and securely.
# In case of missed deliveries, we provide a Tracking ID that you can use to keep track of your parcel on the APC website.
# Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to addresses outside of the UK at this time.

Our super efficient mail order team will have your order dispatched in our discreet packaging under the following criteria:
- Royal Mail Recorded - 2-5 days - £3.95 - Free if you spend over £30
- APC 24hr Express - 1 day - £4.95 - Free if you spend over £50
- Upgrade to 24hr Express for just £1, if you spend over £30
For orders over £30, you can upgrade to next day delivery (24hr Express) for just £1! Details of which can be found at the checkout. Please note that if you live in the Highlands area delivery may take longer than specified and the above delivery rates may vary.
